UPTET 2026 Application Fee – Category Wise

• Graduation + 2-year Diploma in Special Education from RCI-recognised institution.

• Graduation + B.Ed (where permissible for Class 1–5 under current state rules).

UPTET Paper 2 Eligibility – Upper Primary Level (Class 6 to 8)

• Graduation in any discipline + B.Ed from NCTE-recognised institution (final year eligible).
• Graduation (50%+) + 1-year B.Ed (Special Education) from RCI-recognised institution.
• 4-year integrated B.El.Ed from NCTE-recognised institution.
• 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed from NCTE-recognised college.

How to Fill UPTET 2026 Application Form Online – Step-by-Step Guide

The UPTET Online Form 2026 must be filled at uptet.upessc.org. A mandatory One Time Registration (OTR) on the UPESSC portal is required before starting the UPTET 2026 Application Form. Follow these steps:

1. Complete OTR on UPESSC Portal: Visit uptet.upessc.org and click "New Registration (OTR)". Enter name (as on mark sheet), DOB, Aadhaar-linked mobile and email ID. Verify with OTP. Save your OTR Number — permanent login for all future UPESSC exams.
2. Login & Open UPTET 2026 Form: Log in with OTR credentials. Select "UPTET 2026 – Advt. 01/UPTET/2026" and click Apply Now.
